Planned Emergency Responder Event at Lakeside High School - Thursday, April 19th
On Thursday, April 19th between noon and two o’clock, there will be a collection of first responders (Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, and perhaps a helicopter) on the Lakeside High School campus. We are reaching out to you to let you know that this is a planned and staged event. The intent of this simulation is to relay the real and life-altering impacts regarding the dangers of drinking and driving with our students. The aspect that will be most visible/audible to you as our community members will be the portion that occurs on the track. The Nine Mile Falls School District appreciates the partnership with Fire District 1 as well as the Stevens County Sheriff’s Department to help bring this event to fruition.
As always, thank you for your support.
