All forms are required for participation; fees MUST be paid by the first game.
A doctor’s physical is REQUIRED before an athlete can begin practicing.
According to WIAA (Washington Interscholastic Activities Association) rules, a physical is good for 24 months. An athlete only needs a physical every two school years!

There are no after-school activity buses, so all athletes and their families must provide their own transportation home after practices/games. Please make arrangements for athletes to have a ride home no later than 20 minutes after the end of practices and games.
