Friends and families of Nine Mile Falls Elementary School, 160 in all, enjoyed a “scrum-diddiley-umpcious” breakfast on Saturday, February 9th. Members of the PTG served delicious pancakes, eggs, ham, Starbuck’s coffee, orange juice, and milk for the nominal fee of $3 per person or $11 per family - a price so reasonable that Dad Shay Cummings treated all FIVE daughters to breakfast! Anyone finding a heart on the bottom of his/her breakfast plate won one of the valentine balloon centerpieces arranged by Nancy Johnston!

Included in the family price was a special treat. Families made a magnetic heart frame and had a photo taken on the spot for it. Not only did they have a “scrum-diddiley-umpcious” meal, they took home a wonderful keepsake of the morning!
