Back, by popular demand...JV cheerleaders!
Due to the high number of girls who tried out for cheer
squad last spring, the high school has reestablished
a JV cheer squad after a four year hiatus. It has been
since 2003 that Lakeside has had a JV Cheerleading
squad. Lakeside High School believes in providing a
wide spectrum of activities for its students; students
who are involved in school activities tend to do better
in the classroom.
Coached
by Mrs. Michelle Durrance, the seven member squad,
will support our
JV football team
at both home and away games. They will also attend
the Volleyball
matches and Cross Country races in their cheer attire to support those athletes
as well. This year’s JV squad is comprised of two freshmen and five
sophomores. Come out to Monday Night Football at LHS and support both the JV
cheerleaders and the JV football team.
