Give Your Best to the Test!

Everyone wants students to earn the highest scores they are capable of achieving. This means they should be motivated to put forth their very best efforts. Parents can help by emphasizing the importance of doing one’s best on the test.
Let your child know that the test results are to be used primarily to help them learn by finding out what they know and what areas need further instruction. Also, remember that a student’s physical well-being can affect their test results; performance on the test can be negatively affected by fatigue, hunger, and the stress of getting ready. Above all, try to present a positive attitude about testing.
