Academic excellence is celebrated by Lakeside Middle School each year. On Thursday, March 6th, parents and family members were invited to honor their students’ achievement at an “Evening of Excellence.” This special ceremony recognized sixth, seventh, and eighth graders who earned the Honor Roll (3.2 and above) for the first semester. In all, 47% of our middle school students were acknowledged for their scholastic achievement. A reception in the cafeteria was held after the ceremony.
