Interim Superintendent and Interim Principal Announced

Nine Mile Falls School Board has announced that Mrs. Bridget Monahan (Mrs. Lewis after July 1st!) will serve as the Interim Superintendent for the 2007 - 2008 school year. Mrs. Monahan has been the Principal at Lake Spokane Elementary School for the past three years and is in the process of earning her Superintendency Certification.

Replacing her at Lake Spokane will be Mr. Kevin Simpson. He has taught in our District since 1993 and has assisted Principal Jeff Baerwald for the past two years as Lakeside Middle School’s Principal’s Assistant. He will serve Lake Spokane as its Interim Principal for the 2007 - 2008 school year.
