OPENING OF THE MEETING: Chair Daggy called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The meeting was immediately recessed into executive session to discuss the superintendent candidates. This executive session was expected to last approximately one hour.

At approximately 4:00 PM, the board reported that they would remain in executive session for approximately another hour.
